At Velotec Sports we pride ourselves on personalising your experience as an individual athlete.  This questionnaire is designed to help us get to know you better and focus on goals for the near and far future, whether it be a major event or just simply improving your fitness.  Also take the time to reflect on what you hope to gain from training and decide what kind of program is best for you.  All training programs are flexible and please never feel hesitant to ask questions or put ideas forward - remember it's YOUR program, and we want you to get the best results possible.
